We will discuss your design ideas, sizing, time table, lifestyle, address questions, approximate production time, and other intricate details you may have. This is a great time to share images of inspiration that you may have. Sometimes consults & design blend together in one session.

I’ll walk you through deciding on gemstones & size, metal choice, and specific design elements. From here a 3D digital render will be made to provide an exact visual, this takes approx. 7-10 business days. This is where you're able to make any necessary design changes.

Once you've approved the design it will go into production. Production time averages between 4-6wks but varies with each custom order. This is where you take a step back and let us take care of everything from start to finish.

Local pickup is available at our showroom here in Downtown Clarksville. Otherwise mailing options will be discussed ahead of time to best suit your schedule.
